​Virtual Visits

Your child or family will experience a virtual visit with Santa Claus straight from the "North Pole"! The more details you provide Santa in advance, the more personalized and memorable your visit will be.

Just like scheduling a home visit, these virtual visits need to be arranged in advance. Each call typically lasts around 15 minutes.

Pre-Recorded Visits​

Your child will receive a personalized pre-recorded video from the North Pole.  Santa will praise this year accomplishments  and inspire them to keep up the good work. Additionally, Santa can ask if they have been helping keep their room clean or mention things that they may need to work on.  The more information you give Santa in advance the better the message will be. The elves will record Santa speaking to your child. It can take 3 to 5 days to get the message sent via email.

The message be approximately 5 minutes.
